Purvankara is the unequivocal synonym for luxury.It epitomizes commitment,professionalism,transparency and growth..The projects are. quite close to nature and away from the city hustle and at the same time it is well - connected to all modes of transportation & is situated in the vicinity at affordable price .Inspite of being the best real estate developers in the southern  part of India  and providing the best of lavish homes, there are some reviews against the Purvankara developers for delaying the projects.The customer reviews being genuine,the developers are also not wrong at their end. Sometimes it might  be   due to some government  clearences and security reasons  that the projects get delayed. But not all deliveries of flats are delayed .  The delay in the delivery of flats can  be taken positively as getting delayed is better than nonissuance of the flats. Purvankara developers have always kept the security of its flat holders at the prime importance,and it should be taken for granted that  the Purva developers have never compromised with the qualities of   amenities and specifications in all of its projects.
